Are you trying to upload an updated resume to your profile here?
Overview:
In the create profile feature on your landing page (all controls are to the left on your landing page. only registered users have landing pages) go to the upload resume box..(by scrolling down)use the very same steps you first used to upload your initial resume-the new upload will REPLACE the existing resume.
